5 to 10 Unit Properties - 7% of Gross Rent

11+ Unit Properties - 6% of Gross Rent

One Time Set Up Fee - $150 Per Property

Leasing Fee (Each Time Property is Leased) - $250 Per Unit

In-House Maintenance - $50/hr + Cost of Materials (With 30 Day Warranty of Craftmanship)
