  • Yes. We provide inspections upon request only on an annual basis. Inspections are $100 per unit per inspection. 

  • We offer tenants a 6 day grace period to pay rent. After the 6th day, we follow up on past due rent via phone calls, emails, text messages, and posted notices. We also manage all legal proceedings or evictions if necessary.

  • We conduct a move out inspection and charge the tenant for all damages from their security deposit or send them to collections if the damages exceed their deposit.

  • We process a direct deposit to your bank account on the 8th and 15th of each month, or the following business day if these land on the weekend.
